On October 18, studio heads Alena Sycheva and Kirill Keychenko held a master class for guests and participants of the XXII International Student Film Festival “PeterKit” on the topic “Organization of a production pipeline at a 2D animation studio”.
The General Director and Development Director of the Paranoid Animation Studio, where the students of the Institute do their internships, and the best of them stay to work (for example, Vasily Korepanov, a KIT graduate, is implementing his debut project Around Victor), told how work on an author’s animated film differs outside studios and professional production organization.
Practical advice helped students to better understand the logic of animated film production and prepare for entering the professional life after graduation.
